Why Do people attend grief circles?

Grief is a heavy bur­den to bear and can often feel iso­lat­ing and over­whelm­ing. That’s where grief cir­cles come in, offer­ing a sup­port­ive and under­stand­ing com­mu­ni­ty to those who are grieving.

What takes place in a grief circle?

Our cir­cles are a safe space where you share your expe­ri­ences, emo­tions, and feel­ings with oth­ers who are going through a sim­i­lar journey.

The cir­cles pro­vide an oppor­tu­ni­ty for you to con­nect with oth­ers who are work­ing through their pain and grief, cre­at­ing a sense of com­mu­ni­ty and belong­ing

Here you can gain a deep­er under­stand­ing of your own grief and feel less alone in your journey.

How will I be received?

In our cir­cles we offer a struc­tured and sup­port­ive envi­ron­ment for you to process your emo­tions and to gain new per­spec­tives on your loss. 

Here you will be heard, as you express your feel­ings, and receive empa­thy and val­i­da­tion from oth­ers. Often this can be incred­i­bly ther­a­peu­tic and can help to alle­vi­ate the bur­den of grief, while find­ing some peace and solace in your loss.

Start­ing with our Novem­ber cir­cle, we warm­ly ask for a $20.00 dona­tion to secure your spot in the cir­cle. If you’ve already secured a place for either Novem­ber or Decem­ber, there’s no need to go through the book­ing process again. Your gen­er­ous con­tri­bu­tions play a vital role in uphold­ing the excel­lence of our ser­vice. We eager­ly look for­ward to your participation! 🌿
