Cultivating Reverence: Nurturing the power of Awe
Cultivating Grace and Transforming suffering
Have you ever stopped to breathe in the fresh snow covered wood and just listen.
Did you hear the fluttering wings of the sparrow.
Did you feel the caress on your face by the crisp winter wind; Taste the fragrant pine; Glimpse glistening sunlight twinkling upon the white blanketed earth?
With stilled breath In the fresh snow covered wood, did you wonder - I have a place in the beauty of it all.

Cultivating Grace and Transforming suffering
Grief work is a hard and challenging journey, but the rewards can be truly transformative.
Beauty, in all of its forms, has the power to stop us in our tracks and take our breath away.
The majesty of a mountain, a breathtaking sunset, a blanket of freshly fallen snow, the wise smile of an elder, a poem that moves our hearts, or music that lifts our souls – these are just a few of the many wonders that surround us.
Take Your Grief on a Journey of Transformation
By slowing down and taking the time to appreciate the beauty in life, you can create a little space within yourself to view your grief from a different perspective.
Cultivating grace and transforming suffering will help you soften and lead your soul back to a state of joy and wonder, while taking your grief on a transformative journey.
During our grief workshops, participants will have the opportunity to practice this by taking part in experiences designed to foster reverence and create space between themselves and their sorrows.
The goal is to bring peace and transformation to your soul and help you find joy and wonder in the world once again.
